Leon Bauguess

Mr. Ernest “Leon” Bauguess, age 82, of Ronda passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at his home. He was born April 11, 1936 in Wilkes County to Ted R. and Dossie Jane Casey Bauguess.

Mr. Bauguess was a veteran of the United States Army and retired from Chatham Manufacturing.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Susie Combs Bauguess.

Survivors include: brothers, Lester Bauguess, Ted Bauguess, Jr., Steve Bauguess, Tommy Bauguess, Tony Bauguess; sisters, Edna Brown, Barbara Norman; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Bauguess Family Cemetery with Rev. Bobby Norman officiating.
