Terry Love

Mr. Terry David Love, age 66, of State Road passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Chatham Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born October 15, 1952 in Jacksonville, FL to Ray Love and Ruth McLain Moore.

Mr. Love was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and a graduate of Appalachian State University. HE was an avid golfer and had a deep love for life, family, and God.

Mr. Love was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include: his wife, Terri Love of the home; daughters, Morgan L. Roman and husband Justin of Mooresville, Alison L. McMahan and husband Bryan of Hendersonville; mother, Ruth M. Moore and husband Daryl of Wilkesboro; brothers, Ray Love and wife Shannon of Wilkesboro, Dennis Love and wife Vicki of Marion; sister Pam Dancy and husband John of Millers Creek; and granddaughter Mila Roman.

A funeral service will be conducted Sunday, November 4, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Fugate and Rev. Jonah Parker officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service.
