J.P. Snow, Jr.

Mr. J.P. Snow, Jr, age 82, of State Road passed away Monday, August 27, 2018 at his home. He was born January 12, 1936 in Surry County to Pleas and Rose Ann Butcher Snow.

J.P. was a member of Central Full Gospel Church and retired from Chatham Manufacturing.

In addition to his parents, J.P. was preceded in death by his brothers, Roger Snow, Reeves Snow, Clyde Snow, Ed Snow; sisters, Hazel Widener, Mae Hodge, and Blanche Gentry.

Survivors include; his wife, Betty T. Snow of the home and son, Tony Wayne Snow of the home.

A funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Central Full Gospel Church with Rev. Bobby Norman officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00- 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
