Rebecca Diane Spicer

Mrs. Rebecca “Becky” Diane Spicer, age 57, of Jonesville passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018 in her home following a long illness. She was born April 23, 1961 in Surry County to Bill and Ella Mae Prevette Anderson.

Mrs. Spicer was employed with Yadkin County Schools for over 20 years and a member of Jonesville Church of God. She was a loving wife, mother, and granny. Becky’s last wish was that everyone would make it to Heaven.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving husband, Leon Spicer of the home; son Graylon Leon Spicer, Jr and wife Bethany of Jonesville; daughter, Krystal Toler and husband Joseph of Jonesville; brothers, Ronnie Anderson and wife Mary Ann of Jonesville; Ricky Anderson and wife Wanda of Jonesville; grandchildren, Kameron Toler, Dakota Toler, Shella Toler, Ariel Toler, Kenzi Spicer; and Graylon “Jack” Spicer; and numerous loving nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted Friday, July 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Jonesville Church of God with Rev. Phillip King, Rev. Aaron Powers, Mr. Tommy Nixon, Mr. Graylon Leon Spicer, Jr., and Rev. Randy Money officiating. Burial will follow in Sunrise Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday, evening from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Jonesville Church of God Youth Group, 320 N. Mineral Springs Dr., Jonesville, NC 28642.
