Judith Ella Tucker

Mrs. Judith Ella Tucker, age 90, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Trinity Glen in Winston-Salem.  Mrs. Tucker was born March 5, 1928 in Wilkes County to Erskin and Viola Settle Pardew.

Mrs. Tucker was a member of Cool Springs Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Tucker was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Tucker; brothers, Oscar Pardew and Ward Pardew and sisters, Trudy Hansen and Nelle Connelly.

Survivors include: son, Steve Tucker and wife LeeAnn of King; daughters, Kay Mitchell of Ronda, Ann Corns and husband Melvin of Winston-Salem, Darlene Meadows and husband Larry of Advance and Barbara Devins and husband Eddie of King; brother, Bob Pardew of State Road; grandchildren, Wesley Mitchell, Andrew Mitchell, Brandi Carter, Kevin Tucker, Elisabeth Tucker, Jason Corns, Crystal Corns, Chad Corns, Kimberly Corns, Amanda Jackson, Kelly Gentry and Alicia Burton and 12 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be conducted Sunday, April 8, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Joe Souther and Kelly Gentry officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
