Ella Mae Marion

Mrs. Ella Mae Marion, age 76, passed away Friday, December 15, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center.  She was born February 24, 1941 in Surry county to John Wilson Doss and Anne Mae King Doss.

Survivors include: son, Davie Marion of Boonville; daughters, Eva Adams and her husband Wayne of Ronda, Penny Marion and husband Bruce of State Road, and Barbara Mooney and her husband Warren of Morganton; brothers, Perry Doss and his wife Cherry of Thomasville, John Doss of Yadkinville, and Roger Doss of Yadkinville; sisters, Elsie Salmon and her husband Billy of SC, Brenda Slack of SC, and Lucille Buckley of Thomasville; grandchildren, Missy Sullivan, Sherri Ward, Johnny Marion, Kelly Marion, Amanda Hutchens, Jessica Egebrecht, Brandy Collins, Candy Byrd, Matthew Marion, Elisabeth Welborn and Stephanie Adams and 17 great grandchildren.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
