Ella May Leblanc

Mrs. Ella May LeBlanc, age 86, passed away Friday, November 17, 2017 at SECU Hospice Care Center in Yadkinville.  Mrs. LeBlanc was born December 7, 1930 in New Orleans, LA to Achille Philip and Ella Lee Parker Cheron.

Mrs. LeBlanc was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church and was a part of the Pointe-A-La-Hacha in Louisiana.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. LeBlanc was preceded in death by her husband, Emile Thomas LeBlanc and her son, Emile “Tommy” LeBlanc, Jr.

Survivors include: her daughter, Katheryn LeBlanc McGrew and husband William of Jonesville; three grandchildren, Matthew McGrew, Jennifer McGrew and Tyron LeBlanc; and three great grandchildren, Shannon LeBlanc, Joshua LeBlanc and Madelyn McGrew.

A memorial service will be conducted Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 12:15 p.m. at St. Stephen Catholic Church with Sister Janis McQuade, SSJ officiating.  A memorial service will be conducted in New Orleans, LA at a later date.
