Charles Harold Moody

Mr. Charles Harold Moody, age 71, passed away Thursday, August 10, 2017.  Charles was born November 14, 1945 in Banner Elk, NC to Bob and Dora Gwyn Moody.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Moody was preceded in death by his son, Randy Harold Moody; four brothers; and one sister.

Survivors include: his wife, Margie Moody, of the home; a son Kip Moody of the home; one daughter, Heather McSorley and husband Dwayne, of Thurmond; and two grandsons, Travis McSorley and Dustin McSorley.

A graveside service for Mr. Moody will be conducted Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at White Rock Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. prior to the service at Elkin Funeral Service.
