Edith Eads Huff Crouse

Mrs. Edith Eads Huff Crouse, age 91, passed away Sunday, June 18, 2017 at Chatham Nursing and Rehab Center.  She was born March 25, 1926 in Surry County to Raleigh and Vada Johnson Eads.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie G. Crouse; brother, Vester and sisters, Virginia, Marie and Ruby.

Survivors include: her son, Barry Huff and his wife Doris of Kernersville; sister, Peggy Cox of Greensboro; grandson Michael Huff of Hillsborough; and great grandson, Tyler Huff of Hillsborough.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Don Hudson officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.  Burial will follow in Crestwood Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
