Ima Lou Pack

Mrs. Ima Lou Pack, age 77, passed away Monday, April 17, 2017 at Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice Home. Mrs. Pack was born August 30, 1939 in Surry County to Dolly James and Bessie Layell Byrd.

Mrs. Pack was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include: her husband, Fred Pack of the home; sons; Graylyn Poe and wife Edie Petree of Elkin, David Pack and wife Debra of Elkin and Gregory Layell Pack and wife Tamala of Elkin; daughters, Jayme Money and husband Billy of Elkin; brother, Terry Byrd and wife Teri of Elkin; grandchildren, Luke Money, Keith Pack and wife Laura, Heather Poe, Shanon Hawks, Jeremy Poe, Seth Greenwood, Matt Pack, Christian Pack, Emily Pack and Shadoe Bonin; fifteen great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service with Rev. Luke Money officiating. Burial will follow at Elkin Valley Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
