Jennette Yarboro

Mrs. Jennette Yarboro, age 77, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Yarboro was born October 17, 1939 in Surry County to Zeno Gaither and Myrtle Vestal Billings.

Mrs. Yarboro retired from Lucia and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by: her husband, Frank Yarboro; brother, Kelly Billings; brother-in-law, Virgil Wagoner and sister-in-law, Lib Billings.

Survivors include: son, John Yarboro of Ronda, daughter, Becky Burchette and husband Ron of Elkin; brothers, Jim Billings and wife Carol of Elkin; David Billings and wife Kate of Jonesville; Dickey Billings and wife Kathy of Elkin; sister, Joan Wagoner of Boonville; grandchildren, Josh Burchette and wife Kelly; Jennipher Burchette and Jake Burchette; great grandchildren, Luke Burchette and Eli Burchette.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church at 3:00 p.m. with Dr. Danny Dodds and Rev. Brian Cardwell officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the church.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 593 Pleasant Hill Drive, Elkin, NC 28621.
