Jake was fortunate to have received daily care from Sheila Richardson whose outstanding professional attention to his health and well being has placed her as an honorary member of his family. Her devotion to Jake and his family cannot be expressed in words. Additional thanks and recognition should be given to three individuals and their giving families whose names are not known.
