Joey Clark Wilson

Mr. Joey Clark Wilson, age 58, passed away Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. Mr. Wilson was born September 14, 1957 in Beaufort County N.C. to Robert L. and Jean Clark Wilson.

Joey was a senior master technician for Winebarger Ford and was of the Christian Faith. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include: his wife Evelyn Wilson of the home; sons, Brian Wilson and partner Jennifer Hagen of Lincoln, Nebraska and Adam Wilson and wife Amanda, of Mt. Airy; brother, Robert K. Wilson and wife Janine of Grimesland, N.C.; three grandchildren, Aiden Wilson, River Wilson and Leif Wilson.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Roger Jennings officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to  Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road Dobson, N.C. 27017.
