Harvey Monroe Bryant

Mr. Harvey Monroe Bryant, age 85, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice Home. Mr. Bryant was born August 8, 1930 in Yadkin County to Andrew Harvey and Fannie Elizabeth Brown Bryant.
Mr. Bryant was a member of Christ Lutheran Church of Jonesville.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Melvin Bryant and Herman Bryant and sister, Merlie Groce.
Survivors include: his wife of 61 years, Joyce Hanes Bryant of the home; daughters, Sharon Marie McKinney and husband Steve of Elkin and Christine “Christy” Talley and husband Randy of Harmony; sisters, Edith Groce of Hamptonville and Biddie Bryant of Yadkinville; grandchildren, Anne Onderdonk and husband Owen, Mary Kornegay and husband Ben and Sarah Talley.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church with Rev. Cobby Day and Rev. Dale Cline officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
