Mr. Sammy Edward Layell, age 60, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2016. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 15, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Tim McCann and Pastor Philip Moore officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
The family requests memorials be made to Cherry Grove Baptist Church Building Fund, 859 Cherry Grove Church Road, Moravian Falls, NC 28654.
