Danna H. Ledbetter

Danna Hutchison Ledbetter of Prince William County, VA passed away on January 9, 2016 at her home.

Danna was born on August 28, 1959 in Wilkes County, North Carolina, the only child of Robert “Bob” Hutchison and Jessie Foster Hutchison.

She was preceded in death by her parents.  Danna, like her mother, was a life long educator and was a kindergarten teacher at Coles Elementary School in Prince William County at the time of her death.  She was known for her kindness and generosity.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Randy R. Ledbetter; son R. Aaron Ledbetter of Richmond; father in law Denver R. Ledbetter of Wilkes County, NC; brother and sister in law Joey and Lynne Ledbetter and niece and nephew Ashley and Brian Ledbetter all of Modesto. California; a number of cousins and friends and the many children whose lives she touched as a teacher.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Pierce Funeral Home in Manassas, Virginia with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the service.  Interment will take place on Monday, January 18, 2016 at 2:00 PM Pleasant Grove Baptist Cemetery in Clingman, NC.
