Penny Park Mastin

Ms. Penny Park Mastin, age 43, passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice Home. Mrs. Mastin was born April 23, 1972 in Surry County to Benny C. and Jewell Holcomb Park.
Penny was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and was employed by ECMD. She was the V.P. of NC Treasury Management Association and received her B.S. from Appalachian State University in Business Administration.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, John and Vivian Park.
Survivors include: her son, Ethan Tyler Mastin of the home; parents, Benny C. and Jewell Holcomb Park of Elkin; maternal grandparents, James Walter and Rachel Darnell Holcomb of Elkin; a special friend, Justin Bohr of Elkin.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Elkin Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Jerry Fugate and Rev. Jonah Parker officiating.  The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service. Burial will be private.
In lieu of Flowers memorials may be made to Friendship Baptist Church, 633 Friendship Baptist Church Road, Elkin, NC 28621 or Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017.
