Mrs. Evelyn Holbrook Parks Jolly, age 80, entered Heaven triumphantly to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Westwood Hills Nursing & Rehab. Mrs. Jolly was born October 18, 1934 in Yadkin County to Earl and Lillie Luffman Holbrook. Mrs. Jolly was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Abe Jolly; daughter, Sharon Parks Fausnet and grandson, Justin Alexander. Survivors include: her son, Stevie Parks of Ronda; daughter, Deborah Casstevens and husband James of Boonville; grandchildren, Felicia Brooks, Derek Park, Catlin Fausnet and Chance Johnson; very special great-grandchildren, Lakan Brooks and Gretchen Brooks. A graveside service will be conducted Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Sunrise Cemetery with Dr. Wesley Smith officiating. The family requests memorials be made to Alzheimer's Association, 4615 Dundas Dr. Greensboro, NC 27407. The family would like to thank the staff of Westwood Hills Nursing & Rehab for their care.
