Hannah "Becky" Riggs

Ms. Hannah Rebecca "Becky" Riggs, age 69, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2015 at Gordon's Hospice House. Ms. Riggs was born February 10, 1946 in Miami, FL to Lewis Edward and Dorothy Elizabeth Parker Riggs. Ms. Riggs was a member of The Salvation Army Eden, NC Corps. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Samuel Henderson Riggs and sister, Bonnie Riggs Carter. Survivors include: her brother, Robert Lewis Riggs and wife Lucy of Coral Gables, FL; sisters, Linda Riggs Martin and husband Jimmy of Thurmond and Frances Riggs Carter of Elkin; nephews, Edward Carter, James Carter, John Martin, James Martin, Brian Castevens and Michael Carter; nieces, Elizabeth Romero, Billie Jo Castevens, Ronnette Carter and Shelia Riggs; several great nieces & nephews. A graveside service will be held Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery with Captain Aaron Goldfarb and Lieutenant Jamie Goldfarb officiating. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
