James Wesley Bullard

Mr. James Wesley Bullard, age 76, passed away, Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Pruitt Healthcare of Elkin. Mr. Bullard was born May 21, 1938 in Wilkes County to Giles Wesley and Olivia Martin Bullard. Mr. Bullard was a member of Brier Creek Baptist Church and was retired from ASJ Farms. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Grace Eloise Bullard and brothers, Clarence Bullard, Jerry Bullard and an infant brother. Survivors include: his brothers, Thomas Bullard and wife Debra of Yadkinville and Giles William "Bill" Bullard and wife Pam of Yadkinville; sisters, Mary Frances Johnson of Roaring River, Nancy Mickel of Ronda, Jo Blevins and husband Kevin of Ronda, Hilda Dancy and husband David of Ronda, Ella Prevette and husband Terry of N. Wilkesboro, Nina Hayes and husband Mickey of Elkin and Marie Flannery of W. Jefferson. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, March 30, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Brier Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Willie Pardue and Rev. Josh Blevins officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. The family would like to thank the staff of Pruitt Healthcare and Dr. Howard Nabors for their care.
