Jonesville, Mrs. Frankie Jane Dudley age 86, passed away Monday, June 2, 2014. Mrs. Dudley was born November 24, 1927 in Yadkin County to Kim and Fay Groce Vestal. God took an angel but left one here on earth Sandra Shumate. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Wiley Odell Dudley; son, Charles E. Burchette; sister, Claudine White. Survivors include: sons, Samuel Lee Burchette and wife Macy of Hawaii, Ricky Gene Burchette of Jonesville and Ronnie Dale Burchette and wife Tina of Wilkesboro; daughters, Linda Carol Cleary and husband J.C. of Wilkesboro and Pamela Ann Dudley of Jonesville; brother, K.M. Vestal and wife Norma of Archdale; sisters, Marlyn Vestal of Jonesville, Greta Swaim and husband Steve of Jonesville; twelve grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service Chapel with Mr. K.M. Vestal and Rev. Steve Swaim officiating. Burial will follow at Sunrise Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Elkin Funeral Service.
