Mary Linda Anderson

March 19, 1934 — September 27, 2013

Mrs. Mary Linda Anderson, age 79 of Jonesville, passed away Friday, September 27, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born March 19, 1934 in Surry County to Bertha and Hillary Spann. She was a homemaker and a member of East Elkin Full Gospel Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Anderson; sons, Tony Anderson and Bobby Anderson and daughter, Linda Kay Anderson. Survivors include: son, Matthew Anderson of Dobson; daughters, Peggy Bauguess of Elkin, Janie Triplet of Elkin, and Vickie Cox of Traphill; brother, Johnny Spann of Jonesville; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. A memorial service will be conducted Monday, September 30, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. East Elkin Full Gospel Church with Rev. Jerry Childress officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
