La Sra. Leonarda Palacios Hernandez de edad 93 aos de Elkin, NC, falleci el sbado, primero de junio de 2013. Ella naci el 10 de mayo de 1920 en Guatemala. Siendo sus padres Sr. Arturo Palacios y Sra. Estefana Hernandez (finados). Familia que sobrevive a la fecha: sus hijos, Nazario Ruiz y Israel Ruiz; hijas, Judith Ruiz, Odilia Ruiz y Rosmery Ruiz; 12 nietos, 32 bisnietos y 3 tataranietos. El servicio funeral se llevar acabo el da 8 de junio de 2013 a las 7:00 p.m. en la Iglesia Evangelica Pentacostal Emanuel, 113 West Market Street, Elkin, NC 28621 Mrs. Leonarda Palacios Hernandez, age 93 of Elkin, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2013. She was born May 10, 1920 in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala to Arturo Palacios and Estefana Hernandes. Survivors include: sons, Israel Ruiz and his wife Sara Ruiz and Nazario Ruiz; daughters, Judith Ruiz and her husband Gerado De Leon, Odilia Ruiz and her husband Manuel, and Rosmery Ruiz and her husband Savedeo De La Cruz, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Emanuel Iglesia Evangelica Pentacostal, 113 West Market Street, Elkin, NC 28621, with Pastor Ricardo Saucedo officiating. Burial will follow Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m. at Hollywood Cemetery.
