Mary A. Duncan

Mrs. Mary Ann Duncan, age 76 of Elkin, passed away, Friday, January 25, 2013. Mrs. Duncan was born April 12, 1936 in Yadkin County to Rowland G. and Pansy Talley Hagwood. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, R. Grant Duncan and brother, Rick Hagwood. Survivors include: her nephew, Neil Hagwood and wife Katie; niece, Amy Sebastian and husband Chris; sister-in-law, Lynn Hagwood; three great nephews and one great niece. A private graveside service will be conducted Monday, January 28, 2013 at Crestwood Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, 401 Technology Lane Suite 200, Mt. Airy, NC 27030.
