Mrs. Ozell Billings, age 73 of Harmony, passed away Monday, July 16, 2012 at Serenity House in Mooresville. She was born November 13, 1938 in Wilkes County to Martha Sheets Billings and Jonah Billings. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, R.J. Billings. Survivors include: sons, Hayden Billings and his wife Irene of Elkin, Keith Billings and his wife Kaye of Harmony, O.C. Billings of Harmony, and Archie Billings of Raleigh; step daughter, Mindy Rosado of Olin; brother, Marvin Billings of Lenoir; sisters, Ellie Billings of Traphill and Ora Lee Bell of Traphill; grandson, Dakota Keith Isenhour; step granddaughter, Greta Cave; step great-grandchildren, Jewell Cave and Jill Cave; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted Thursday, July 19, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Little Richmond Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Wallace officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday afternoon from 2:00-2:30 p.m.at Elkin Funeral Service.
