Lovett Aubrey Morgan

Elkin, Mr. Lovette Aubrey Morgan, Jr. age 68, of Rosedale Drive passed away August 11, 2005 at his residence. Mr. Morgan was born March 21, 1937 in Waycross, Ga to Lovette Aubrey and Rubye Lucy Chaffin Morgan. He was a member of the Masonic lodge in Fayetteville, GA and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Morgan was retired from United Brotherhood of Carpenters and one of his biggest hobbies was being a gunsmith. Survivors include: his wife Clara Norton Morgan of the home, two sons and daughters-in-law: Lovette Aubrey Morgan III and wife Ann of North Augusta, SC, Ronald Kevin Reese and wife Julie of Brooks, GA, two daughters and son-in-law: Robin Tector and husband Dwayne of Evans, GA, and Linda Morgan Manuel of Walnut Cove, a sister Virginia Blackburn of Elkin, and six grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 13, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. at Hodges Funeral home Chapel by Rev. Mark Rupard.
