Patricia Clark Robinson, 75 of Yadkinville, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2009 at Hoots Memorial Hospital. She was born June 1, 1934 in Chicago, Illinois to Edward Allen & Elsie Ellen Catner Clark. Mrs. Robinson was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and was employed at Food Lion until 2008. In 2005, at the age of 71, she received her GED from Surry Community College. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by her husband of 24 years, Frank Robinson. She is survived by her sons, Michael E. Clark & wife Kathy of Hammond, Indiana, Robert L. Williams & wife Ruth Ann of North Merion, Indiana, Kerry G. Williams & wife Lisa of Renssleaer, Indiana, Roger A. Williams & wife Susan of Knob Noster, Missouri, Steven D. Williams & wife Missie of Sawyer, Michigan; her daughters, Linda J. Williams of Greenwood, South Carolina, Mary Ellen Williams & husband Mike of Renssleaer, Indiana, Lisa A. Williams Troy of Sawyer, Michigan; a brother, David Panunzio & his life long companion of St. Petersburg, Florida; a sister, Joyce Todd & husband Larry of Portage, Indiana; thirteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and Special Friends, Nancy and Lester Milholand of Boonville. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, October 18, 2009 at 3:00 pm in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Danny Dodds officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the church. The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Groner, Dr. Shuck, Dr. Jeanot, Yadkin Valley Home Health, the nurses at Hugh Chatham Hospital, and Lincare of Elkin. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 593 Pleasant Hill Drive, Elkin, NC 28621.
