Elkin Mrs. George Anna Sales, age 96, of Johnson Ridge Road, passed away, Monday, December 19, 2005 at Elkin Healthcare. Mrs. Sales was born September 4, 1909 In Yadkin County to George & Alice Cundiff Cropps. Mrs. Sales was a homemaker and was a member of Damascus Baptist Church in N. Wilkesboro. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Sales; five sisters, six brothers. Survivors include: a nephew, Melvin Morrison, Sr. and wife Ann. of Elkin; a great nephew, Melvin Morrison, Jr. of California; devoted great niece, Cassundra Morrison Hammett and husband Harry of Elkin; great grand nephew, Jeremiah Morrison; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. A graveside service will be held Friday, December 23, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery in N. Wilkesobor by Rev.
