Hamptonville Kacey Marie Christopher-Sasser, age 29, of Hamptonville, passed away Friday, May 12, 2006. Mrs. Christopher-Sasser was born January 2, 1977 in Hines County, Mississipi to James Eugene & Patsy Carline Carlisle Christopher. Mrs. Christopher-Sasser was employed by Gray Chiropractic where she was the Office Manager, Certified Chiropractic Assistant and a Radiological Technician. She was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Fred Christopher and Tate Carlisle; and Uncle Wayne Carlisle. Survivors include: her husband, C.J. Sasser of the home; her daughter, Mackenzi Sasser of the home; her father, James Eugene Christopher; her mother Patsy Carline Carlisle Christopher; grandmothers, Betty Christopher of Jackson, Mississippi, Mildred Carlisle of Bolton, Mississippi; a sister, Raney Colvell and husband Dan of Havelock, NC; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 17, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. at Mountain View Baptist Church by Rev. Tim Tucker. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at Hodges Funeral Home in Elkin.
