Elkin Mr. Wiley Bernal Clepper, age 57, of Shore Street of Elkin passed away, Sunday, January 13, 2008 at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. Mr. Clepper was born October 29, 1950 in Oildale, California to Cyrus & Pauline Watts Clepper. Mr. Clepper was employed at Frontier Energy and was of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include: his wife, Connie Sketo Clepper of the home; a son, Chris Clepper of California; a daughter, Brandy Cramer of California; a sister, Jan Stewart and husband Ron of California; three grandchildren, Michael, Gabriel and Jesse Cramer. A memorial service will be held Thursday, January 17, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Hodges Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Stuart Roten. The family will receive friends on hour prior to the service.
