Ronda Mr. Henry Clifford Norman, Jr., age 69, of Hill Top Circle, passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. Mr. Norman was born March 4, 1936 in Wilkes County to Henry Clifford & Belva Rhodes Norman. Mr. Norman was retired from Chatham Manufacturing and was a member and deacon of Mining Ridge Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Vicky Norman, a sister, Ruby Smoot, two brothers, Jim Norman and Larry Eldon Norman. Survivors include: his wife, Patsy Norman of the home; two daughters, Pamela Norman Wiles and husband Jimmy of Ronda, Kathy Norman Rhoades and husband Shannon of N. Wilkesboro; three grandchildren, Amber Norman, Justin Rhoades and Adam Rhoades. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 4, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Mining Ridge Baptist Church by Rev. Paul Bell and Frank Wooten. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Norman will lie instate 30 minutes prior to the service. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 7:00- 9:00 p.m. at Hodges Funeral Home in Elkin.
