Louise Morrison Caudle

July 5, 1918 — June 27, 2006

Jonesville Mrs. Louise Morrison Caudle, age 87, of Bethel Road, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2006 at Hugh Chatham Nursing Center. Mrs. Caudle was born July 5, 1918 in Wilkes County to William Thomas & Lillie Mathis Morrison. Mrs. Caudle was a homemaker and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was a member of the WMU and the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren W. Caudle; a brother, Elmer Morrison; a sister, Anna Brandon. Survivors include: a son, Ronnie W. Caudle of Jonesville; a daughter, Glenda Nance and husband Gilbert of Jonesville; two sisters, Pauline Ellis and husband John of Jonesville, Lola Smith of Salisbury; five grandchildren, Dawn Haithcock, Seth Caudle, Penny Shelton, Donald Nance and Paige Nance; ten great grandchildren, Maggie Haithcock, Riley Caudle, Andrew Ferguson, Abbey Ferguson, Connor Nance, Trevor Nance, Dalton Nance, Nathan Nance, Alex Nance, Ryan Nance. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. at Hodges Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Cecil Weatherholt. Burial will follow at Crestwood Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at Hodges Funeral Home. The family will accept flowers or memorials may be made to Tri County Christian Crisis Ministry 134-A Bluff Street, Jonesville, NC 28642.
