Pamela Jean Brusseau 58 resident of Santa, ID, died April 6, 2011 at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center, Spokane WA., following a accident at her residence. She was born January 11, 1953 to William and Helen Majors Beatty at Boise, ID. She grew up in Boise attending schools in that area. She attended Boise State University. She moved to San Diego, CA. where she lived and married Gary Helget in 1977. They were divorced in 1991 and Pamela moved back to Blanchard and Sandpoint, ID. She worked in Sandpoint, ID doing various jobs prior to attending North Idaho College where she received her Associate of Arts Degree in Nursing . She married Steve Brusseau on April 3, 1999 in Fernwood, ID. they lived in St. Maries and later moved to Santa, Idaho. She worked several jobs in the area before going to work at Valley Vista Care Center in St. Maries. She worked there for 12 years before her doctor advised her to retire. Pamela enjoyed family, friends and being busy, her other activities were reading, camping, fly fishing, taking pictures, both still and video and loved her animals. Pamela was always wanting to help others all of her life, now she has given of herself to enhance the quality of life of others even after her death. She was a member of the Fernwood Community Church. She is survived by her husband Steve at the family home along with their two daughters Jeanette of Moscow, ID. and Renee of St. Maries. Also surviving are her brothers Bill Beatty and wife Lori of Boise, ID. and Don Wicks and his wife Ina of Richland, WA. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents William and Helen Major Beatty and two sisters , Nancy and Jackie with whom Pam shared a lifelong loving and close relationship. A celebration of Pamela's life will be held on Saturday April 16, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Fernwood Community Church with Pastor Brian Primer officiating.
