Thurmond, NC Mr. Ronald Lee Couch, age 52, of David's Drive, Thurmond, passed away Sunday, May 4, 2008 at his residence. Mr. Couch was born November 15, 1955 in Surry County to Jack B. & Genevieve Money Couch. Mr. Couch was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church and was retired from Elmore's. He was preceded in death by his mother, Genevieve Money Couch. Survivors include, his daughters, Candice Groce and husband Lane of Thurmond, Brittany Couch of Roaring River; his father, Jack B. Couch of State Road; a brother, Randy Couch and wife Cindy of Jonesville; a sister, Vanessa Moody and husband Bobby of State Road; nephews, Calvin Couch and wife Cindy of Hays, C.J. Couch of Wilkesboro, Tyler Moody of State Road. A memorial service will be held Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. at State Road Pentecostal Holiness Church by Rev. Gary Tatum.
