Vickie Luann Holleman

December 22, 1959 — February 24, 2006

Ronda Vickie LuAnn Holleman, age 46, of Somers Road, passed away Friday February 24, 2006 at her residence. Ms. Holleman was born December 22, 1959 in Davidson County to Clyde P. and Virginia Money Holleman. Vickie graduated from East Wilkes High School in 1978, Wilkes Community College in 1980, and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Criminal Justice in 1982. She was a member of Peace Haven Baptist Church and was an avid Carolina Tarheel fan. She was a very loving daughter and devoted aunt. Survivors include: Her parents, Clyde and Virginia Holleman of the home. Three brothers and sisters-in-law, Keith Holleman and his wife Dawn of Ronda, Michael Holleman and his wife Kim of Wilkesboro, Jody Holleman and his wife Kelly of West Jefferson. Nieces and nephews, Matt Holleman, Kayla Holleman, Josh Holleman, Stephanie Welborn, Hannah Welborn, Grady Holleman. Several uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held Sunday February 26, 2006 at 2:00 pm at Temple Hill United Methodist Church by Rev. Hillary Wood and Rev. Mike Fongemy. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:30-8:30 pm at Hodges Funeral Home in Elkin.
