Annie Faye Greene

Annie Faye Greene, age 76, of Jonesville passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.  Mrs. Greene was born August 17, 1944 in Surry County to Harvey and Ethel Shore Carter.

Annie Faye was a homemaker and was a faithful servant of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three sisters, Betty Cockerham, Eralee Durham, Katherine Wilmoth and a brother, Ralph Carter.

Survivors include: Two sons; Chris Greene and wife Kamela of Ronda, David Greene and wife Donna of Ronda, three grandchildren, Matt Greene, Zachary Greene, Ashtyn Greene, four great grandchildren, Payton Greene, Mason Greene, Weston Hemric, Mila Hemric, three brothers, Leamon Carter, Barry Carter, and her twin brother, Danny Ray Carter all of Elkin.

A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Danny Dodds officiating.
