Billy Eugene Beasley, Jr.

Mr. Billy Eugene Beasley Jr., age 60, passed away Sunday, October 30, 2022 at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. Mr. Beasley was born July 6, 1962 in Forsyth County to Billy Eugene Beasley Sr. and Viola Maiden Beasley.

Billy was employed by Central States Manufacturing Company in Mt. Airy.  He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed hunting.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include: a daughter, Brandy Beasley Hairston and husband Lamont of Stoneville; the love of his life, Christine Kennedy of Elkin; the daughter of Christine, Alicia Kennedy of Asheville; a sister, Lyn Hamilton of Lexington, S.C.; grandchildren, Dalton Hutchins and Destiny Hutchins; and a nephew, Foster Hamilton.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Bobby Prevette of Grace Full Gospel Church, officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
