Brandy Sue Blackburn

Mrs. Brandy Sue Blackburn, age 54, of Elkin passed away Monday, May 13, 2019 at her home. Mrs. Blackburn was born March 12, 1965 in Morris County, NJ to the late Peter and Virginia Poirier Winters.

Mrs. Blackburn was employed with MVP and an avid crocheter, sewer, gardener, painter, and reader.

Survivors include: fiancé, Bernie Dembrowski of Elkin; sons, Wells Paul “Junior” Blackburn (Jessica) of Trinity, Logan Tylor Maule (Qin) of Clarksville, TN, William James Blackburn of Lexington, Derik Edward Maule (Sammantha) of Cunningham, TN, Cody Ryan Blackburn of Lexington; daughters, Shawna Nichole Maule of Hopkinsville, KY, Christina Marie Maule (Randy) of Thomasville; brothers, Bucky, Tommy,  Burt; sisters, Tina, Linda Jo, Tracey; grandchildren, Jonathan “Blake” Maule, Gabrielle Maule, Nichole Castillo, Julian Cilluffo, Randi Cilluffo, Kayden Castillo, and DeWayne Edward James Maule.

The family will receive friends Friday, May 17, 2019 from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service.
