Brenda Money

Mrs. Brenda Reavis Money, age 71, of Elkin passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mrs. Money was born August 21, 1950 in Surry County to Willard and Ruby King Reavis.

Mrs. Money attended Cool Springs Baptist Church and was a retired Boonville Elementary School teacher.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her nephews, Mark Brown and Josh Sparks.

Survivors include: her husband, Dale Money; daughter, Misty Ball and husband Marty; son, Ricky Money and wife Carmen; sisters, Earline Goin, Judy Podulka; grandchildren, Connor Ball and Brayden Ball.

A funeral service will be conducted Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service Chapel with Mr. Randall Money and Rev. Joe Wood officiating. Burial will follow in Cool Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service. The family requests masks be worn by all attendees to all services.
