Daniel Prevette

Mr. Daniel Lee Prevette, age 59, of Thurmond passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home.  He was born November 28, 1959 in Wilkes County to Baxter Bryce and Retha Crabb Prevette.

Survivors include: his wife, Linda Wood Prevette of the home; sons, Daniel Jarvis of Wilmington and Craig Vestal of Thurmond; daughters, Danielle Prevette of Elkin and Nicole Nance and husband Tony of Elkin; brothers, Bryce Barry Prevette of Roaring River and Randy Lee Prevette and wife Tammy of Thurmond; grandchildren, Dakota Vestal, Jordan Vestal, Isiaih Vestal, Soloman Vestal, Abigail Vestal and Sara Nance; and great grandchild Cattleya Vestal.

A funeral service will be conducted Friday, September 6, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Elkin Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Welborn officiating.  Burial will follow in White Oak Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 pm prior to the service.
