Daryl Davidson

Mr. William Daryl Davidson, age 68, of Elkin passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at his home. Daryl was born August 5, 1951 in Iredell County to George William and Kathleen Galliher Davidson.

Mr. Davidson was the Pool Manager with the Town of Elkin Parks and Recreation and a member of the Elkin Volunteer Fire Department. Daryl loved antiques and having a booth at Elkin Antiques. Antiquing had become a passion he dearly loved.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-brother, Gary Pardue.

Survivors include: brother, Rev. Carlton Davidson and wife Nancy of Hickory; step-mother, Betty Davdson of Fuquay Varina; step- brother, Kevin Pardue and wife Terri of Fuquay Varina; step-sister, Tina Hodges and husband Tony of Burlington; daughters, Jayme Kirk and husband John of Concord, Shannon Lawrence and husband Ryan of Mt. Holly; grandchildren, Cooper Kirk, Cade Kirk, Carrigan Lawrence, and Noah Lawrence.

A funeral service will be conducted Sunday, November 17, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Carlton Davidson officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery in Statesville.
