Fearne Gray

Ms. Fearne Gray, age 85 of Wilkes County, passed away Sunday, August 13, 2023 at Willowbrook Rehab and Care Yadkinville. She was born November 12, 1937 in Wilkes County to Weaver Gray and Grace Redding Gray.

Ms. Gray was a member of Dennyville Baptist Church in Ronda which she attended faithfully until her health failed her.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include: brothers, Russell Gray and wife Wanda, and Dan Gray; sister, Doris Mathis; caregiver and special niece, Susan Gray; nieces, Patricia McKaig and husband Mark and Sharon Holcomb.

As per Ms. Gray’s request, a graveside service will be held Thursday, August 17, at 2:00 p.m. at Dennyville Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Mark Brown officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service.

Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, 243 N. Lee Avenue, Yadkinville NC 27055.
