Genie Greenwood Gambill

Mrs. Genie Greenwood Gambill, age 99, passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Trinity Elms in Clemmons. Mrs. Gambill was born May 29, 1921 in Surry County to Joe and Delia Evans Greenwood.

Mrs. Gambill was a member of Little Richmond Baptist Church and retired from A New Leaf.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Greenville Ted Gambill and two brothers.

Survivors include: her daughter, Gwen Gambill of Winston-Salem and sister, Betty Johnson of Baltimore.

A graveside service will be conducted Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Little Richmond Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Greg Anderson officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Little Richmond Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, c/o Treasurer Susan Johnson,  164 Kitty Way, Elkin, NC 28621.
