George Calvin Pinkleton

Mr. George Calvin Pinkleton, age 65, of Gainesville, FL passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021. George was born December 10, 1955 in Guilford County to Vernon Lee and Delfina “Gladys” Lopaz Pinkleton.

Mr. Pinkleton was a United States Army Veteran and self-employed carpet installer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jr. Pinkleton and sisters, Mary Ann Pinkleton and Louise Huffman.

Survivors include: his brother, Bobby Lee Pinkleton of Greensboro; sisters, Vernell Harvell and husband Paisley of Reidsville, Linda Greene of Elkin; and several nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
