Gertrude Peterson

Mrs. Gertrude Frances Peck Peterson, age 98, of Elkin passed away Saturday, July 4, 2020 at Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home. Mrs. Peterson was born October 31, 1921 in Leverett, MA to Thomas James and Hazel Perry Peck.

Mrs. Peterson was a member of the Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Peterson, Sr.

Survivors include: son, Harry D. Peterson, Jr. and wife Anne of Elkin; sister, Audrey McClister of Sandusky, OH; grandchildren, Keith Peterson of Ghent, NY, Craig Peterson of Concord, NC, Eric Peterson of Elkin, Adam Peterson of Elkin; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Peterson will be interred beside her husband at Brookfield Cemetery in Brookfield, CT at a later date.
