Jaclyn Virginia Pendergrass

Ms. Jaclyn Virginia Pendergrass, age 40, of Elkin passed away Saturday, April 25, 2020 at Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home. Jaclyn was born November 8, 1979 in Forsyth County to Hubert John and Vickie Swaim Pendergrass.

Ms. Pendergrass was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include: son, Gabriel Ashyr Pendergrass of the home; mother, Vickie Pendergrass of Elkin; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Ms. Pendergrass will lie-in-state Tuesday, April 28, 2020 from 10:00 a.m – 4:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service. Due to the limitations of numbers for public gatherings at this time, a private graveside service will be held at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Danny Dodds officiating.

The family requests memorials be made to assist with final expenses.
