Judy Bauguess Dupree

Mrs. Judy Bauguess Dupree, age 74, passed away Friday, March 22, 2019 at Forsyth Medical Center.  She was born May 17, 1944 in Wilkes County to Ivan and Fay Harris Bauguess. Mrs. Dupree retired from Lowe’s Foods and was an avid NASCAR fan. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Pam Walker and granddaughter, Faye Royal.

Survivors include: sons, Chris Walker and his wife Lisa of Pfafftown, Mike Walker and his wife Cynthia of Pfafftown and Eddie Dupree and his wife Heather of Hays, her first husband, Steve Walker and his wife Janice of Pfafftown; half-brother, Dale Harris of Traphill; grandchildren, Sam Walker and his wife Anna and Noah Dupree.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Elkin Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Mac Warren officiating.   Burial will follow in Old Roaring River Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
