Junior Ray Luffman

Mr. Junior Ray Luffman, age 57 of Thurmond, passed away Friday, November 1, 2019 at Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson.  He was born January 5, 1962 in Surry County to Mack and Faye Billings Luffman.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary L. Luffman.

Survivors include: fiancée, Patricia Delawder of Thurmond; son, Brandon Davis and his wife Regina of Elkin; sisters, Melissa L. Billings of Elkin and Betty L. Wilmoth of Thurmond; grandchildren, Christopher Davis, Bella Davis, Emmett Davis and Madison Davis and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Roaring Gap Baptist Church cemetery with Pastor Mitch Smith officiating.

The family would like to thank the staff of Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital ER, Forsyth Memorial Hospital ICU and the staff of Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home for their care.
