Lulamae Yarboro Johnson

Mrs. Elizabeth Lulamae Yarboro Johnson, age 84, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2020 at Yadkin Nursing Center in Yadkinville. Mrs. Johnson was born May 14, 1936 in Wilkes County to Ossie Eddie Yarboro and Roxie Elizabeth Yarboro.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Coy Junior Johnson; daughter, Debra Colleen Johnson; grandson, Jonathan sister, Vanice Kennedy and brother, Rev. Jerry Yarboro.

Survivors include: son, Eddie Johnson and his wife Sherry of Hamptonville; daughter, Darlene Childress of Yadkinville; brother, Jimmy Yarboro and his wife Carol of Texas; sister, Magdalene Horton of Winston-Salem; 6 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Mrs. Johnson will lie-in-state at Elkin Funeral Service on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. An informal burial will follow at Benham Baptist Church Cemetery.
