Mrs. Marian Tiedeman, age 91, of Stuart, FL passed away Monday, December 28, 2020 at Treasure Coast Hospice. Mrs. Tiedeman was born July 12, 1929 in Detroit, MI to William Frederick and Lena Theresa Damaske Krenz.
Mrs. Tiedeman was a member of the Lutheran Church –Missouri Synod and retired from Michigan Bell Telephone Company. She loved the Christmas season, favorite song O Tannenbaum. She was a lifetime member of Telephone Pioneers of America, lifetime member of the Elks Lodge, a volunteer for the New York Yankees spring training games. Mrs. Tiedeman was adventuresome, worked at Pompano Race Track, where she was known to give tips, quasi golfer, avid Hummel collector, and card player.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Luella Krenz, half-sister, Lorene Krenz Wade; half-brother, William Charles Krenz (adopted name change to William Eugene Mayfield); and son-in-law, George Donald “Don” Ondo.
Survivors include: her son, Mark Allen Tiedeman and wife Jamie; daughter, Karen Jean Tiedeman Ondo; grandson, Jayson Allen Tiedeman; granddaughter, Barbara Ondo Morrison and husband Commander Scott Morrison; great-granddaughter, Caleigh Elizabeth Morrison; nieces, Nona Wade Wooby and husband David, and their sons, Jason, Preston, and Tyson, Emma Wade Warren and husband Leonard and their son, Cathy Desentz and her son, Joshua; nephews, William (Bill) Wade and wife Marion and their children, Charles Wade and wife Dixie and their children; second cousins, Kathy Krenz, Lynn (William) Demsky; son-in-law’s brother, Dr. Jerome Ondo and wife MaryEllen and their children, Meghan Ondo Geils and her husband Wills, John Patrick Ondo and his wife Angela, Matthew Ondo and his wife Stephanie, Maura Ondo Hall and her husband Brian, Jennie Ondo Lloyd and her husband Marc, and Heidi Ondo Bass and her husband Jordan; and canine protector, Luci.
A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at Crestwood Memorial Gardens with Rev. Justin Bell officiating.
